Program Description
Closing Attorney Support, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to provide closing support, appointment confirmations, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) session information to opted-in users.
Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the phone number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active closing files or scheduled appointments. You may receive multiple messages per engagement as needed to support your transaction.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Closing Attorney Support, Inc. does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, you must opt in again through our website.

Limitation of Liability
Closing Attorney Support, Inc. is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages caused by network outages, carrier issues, or events outside our control. SMS is not a guaranteed delivery channel and should not be used for time-critical legal notices.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the SMS program following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
